DEALING WITH LOSS.
There are 6.5million people in the UK caring for sick loved ones and with 1 in 8 of the UK workforce also identifying as carers, getting the emotional support for your workforce right (before and after the loss) is vital.
Unmet support needs of those who have been bereaved can develop into longer term mental health difficulties. In some instances, the impact is so severe that the individual is registered disabled as a consequence of the impact that the loss had had on them in the longer term.
We have Palliative Care Nurses as part of our team that are able to provide support for your organisation.
